Are Cheerios a Drug?
When I read this article on the Fox News site, I almost fell out of my chair. I love Cheerios and now, due to the course Mr. Obama is taking concerning our health, those little goodies could disappear from the shelves.
According to the FDA the information and claims on the box have to change, otherwise we would need a prescription to buy this cereal. That is hard to swallow and does not sit well with me; no, I am not of good cheer at all after reading this.
I suspect there will hardly be anyone to cheer leader Obama to the echo on this matter. I expect the opposite; Bronx cheers may be more likely to fill the air.
Well, before they entirely disappear from the store shelves, along with so many other cereals with the same claims, we better take advantage of them still being available.
I am going to cheer myself up with a huge bowl of Cheerios and milk.
