Construction Spending Falls More Than Expected
That headline surprised me. I would have thought that many people are buying houses while the prices are so low and would be doing lots of remodeling and renovations. That being the case, they would need a good contractor, because even though the 'Honey-do" list may be growing, not everyone is a handyman.
In and around Chicago Remodeling does not cost an arm and a leg, especially when it is done by a family run business. They can take on anything and no matter what the problem might be, they will find a solution for it.
There are more of such great contractors around. Colorado for instance has an excellent Arvada Remodeling contractor who will take any home improvement job off your hands. You know you will get consistent excellent quality of work and these contractors put high value on great customer service.
At least you know the remodeling and renovations will get done quickly. When you have to do it yourself, you may not be making much headway at times. We are still in the process of remodeling two of our bedrooms.
Even though it is coming along slowly, I sure would love to see them finished. It may take some more time. Unless... we hire a contractor! :-)
