Ten Cheapest U.S. Destinations
The U.S. offers a huge diversity in landscape, nature, climate and activities as well. One thing is for sure: it is closer to home and you don't need to worry about a different currency.
I found a list of the cheapest vacation destinations of 2009 in the United States and thought I would share it with you:
1: Phoenix, Arizona
2: Las Vegas, Nevada
3: New Orleans, Louisiana
4: Austin, Texas
5: Orlando, Florida
6: Dallas, Texas
7: San Antonio, Texas
8: Nashville, Tennessee
9: Portland, Oregon
10: Denver, Colorado
Of course this list sparks my curiosity about how, what and why. Inquiring minds need to know, so I will do some research and share my findings. Unlike everyone else, I will start with the number one on the list. :-)
