Seward Farms

If you like haunted hay rides, then you should go to the Seward Farms next year. They are located in Alabama, at the Mississippi-Alabama line near Mobile and will surprise you with an impressive, scary haunted ride.

A very impressive one, I may add! There was a lot of thought put in to it and the make-up, as well as the actions and entire entourage was extremely professional.

You can actually spend a whole day at this farm; there are lots of things to do and your kids will have the time of their lives. Scattered throughout the grounds are many play areas for children all ages and aside from the haunted hay-ride there are many more activities for young and old.

Cow trains, pig races, pony rides and corn cannons are just a few of the activities you can participate in. The admission fee ranges between $10 and $15, depending on what you like to do and children 0 to the age of 3 have free entrance.

Throughout the year they offer field trips, horse lessons, trail rides and even horsemanship camps for children age 7 and up. I would keep this in mind and check their website regularly for new and upcoming events. Keep them in mind for next year's Halloween.

Yup, it was a thrill. No, let me rephrase that: it was a thriller!
