Take a Rest in a Nest Hotel
It seems like the tourist industry in Spain is stepping it up a notch and appealing to the inner-child in every one of us by offering accommodations in the form of tree houses. At the moment there are only two available, but the owners intend to build several more.
Don't expect to find any luxury in them; it really is back to basics without any running water, electricity and other utilities. Yeah, it is more like the Tarzan and/or the Robinson family concept with the same life-style and a really pretty bird's-eye view.
It does bring out the quest for adventure which is lurking in each of us and these 'nests' present the opportunity to spread your wings and satisfy that urge. You may even get a sense of living dangerously having to climb up to your resting place or crossing the hanging bridge from one tree house to the other.
I tried to find the location of these lodgings, but was rather unsuccessful in it, at the moment. I will keep my eye on it though and as soon as a little bird tells me then I will share, simply because I find this a rather unique way of spending your vacation.
Unless you suffer from Vertigo. Then these accommodations are for the birds!
