Disney Fort Wilderness Resort, Disney World, Florida Part 2

The campsites at the Disney Fort Wilderness Resort at Disney World, Florida, can only be reached by boat. When staying at one of the family-friendly, 4 different types of sites, the boat rides are included and will carry your car and/or RV safely to your location and transport you and your family to and fro all the nearby attractions.

You have the choice between:
90 tent or Pop-Up campsites with enough space to accommodate 2 tents, or a tent and a pop-up/camper vehicle. These sites are equipped with water, electricity, a grill, picnic table, and cable TV connection. The rates for this type of site start at $48 per night.

You will find the same amenities as mentioned above, but including sewer, at one of the 156 full hook-up campsites which offer space for one RV and one tent, or 2 tents. The costs for a site like this are $64 and up per night.

There are also 123 preferred hook-up campsites for one of the larger RV types and a tent, or 2 tents. These sites are located at a premium location and offer water, electricity, sewer, cable TV connection, upgraded charcoal grill and picnic table, and some sites allow pets. These preferred sites can already be had for $70 per night.

In case you like to have all the luxuries of the preferred campsites, but would like an extra-large, concrete parking pad, then one of the 430 available premium campsites might be the route to go and the lowest price for these go for as low as $79.

You will also find air-conditioned facilities with private showers and laundry areas. All sites allow up to 10 people and high-speed Internet access (at additional cost) and safety deposit boxes are available when so desired.

Not the camping type? Don't worry; there is another option at hand!
