Taking Exploring To A New Level
This post brought to you by Kia Rio. All opinions are 100% mine.
It is always exciting to explore a city, but it is even more thrilling when there is a challenge involved and that is exactly what Kia came up with; a Zip and Dash geocache challenge to Los Angeles in their 2012, Kia Rio 5-door.
The idea of this Kia Rio Scavenger Hunt really spoke to me, because it is a great way to discover and test all the vehicle's awesome features, while getting a good impression of the city in the mean time. Check out the video of this Zip and Dash challenge and let me know your thoughts on it by leaving a comment on this post.
The goal of the scavenger hunt is to locate and meet up with celebrity Christina Milian and complete several challenges in the process such as answering questions at the historic landmark The Griffith Park Merry-Go-Round, find the hidden Christina Milian CD at Los Angeles' most popular music store Amoeba Records and counting all the palm trees at the famous shopping destination in Beverly Hills: the Rodeo Drive. Personally, I thought this was the most difficult, since it is so easy to overlook one.
After completing challenge number four: eating a hotdog named after a celebrity at Los Angeles' favorite Pink's Hot Dogs, it is on to finding the Roosevelt Hotel in the middle of Hollywood Blvd and make a dash for Christina.
The competing couples had a great advantage however; they could make good use of all the great features and UVO Technology such as advanced voice control, color touch screen, HD radio, Bluetooth, USB jack, navigation, easy features update, rear camera display and digital jukebox.
I like the advanced voice control which doesn't require taking your eyes of the road, but all the other features which can be found on the Rio Explorer Page are equally as convenient.
With the Kia Rio exploring is taken to an entire new level!
