The Annual Easter Egg Hunt

In case you have no clue yet as what to do today, you may want to look into some of the Easter egg hunts which are being held all over the country.

It doesn't matter where you live; there is always one close by. You would do well to check with your local churches, but don't overlook other organizations and area groups either. Animal rescues, schools, supermarkets, and many more, may have some scheduled.

It could well be that there is one being held by your city or local town in one of the parks in your vicinity. You will have no problems finding that out; it is either posted on their website, announced in your local newspaper, and you can always give them a call.

It is not uncommon for a raffle or a competition to be included during this joyful event and at most Easter egg hunts the Easter bunny will either be present, or make an appearance. Just be sure to bring a basket for the kids where they can put their found treasures in.

Most Easter egg hunts start between 10am and noon. Anyone arriving not too long after the scheduled time may still be able to participate, but keep in mind that there is a deadline. You don't want to disappoint your children by a late arrival.

You will probably have to buy tickets to participate in the hunt, but the prices are usually not very high, especially not when you consider that it is a ton of fun for the entire family.

Happy Easter and happy hunting!
